About the Artists
San Antonio–based artist Daniela Oliver de Portillo works across ceramics and cyanotype, exploring themes of domestic life, womanhood, and the quiet labor that shapes shared spaces. Her practice moves between the intimate and the public, often inviting moments of connection, reflection, and exchange. Rooted in process and material, each piece carries a sense of care, time, and presence.

Brenda Melgoza Ciardiello is a Texas-based interdisciplinary artist, writer, and educator born in Mexico City. Through painting, ceramic sculpture, and photography,  her work explores place as memory, place as material, and place as self.

Rebecca Marino is a multidisciplinary visual artist and curator living and working in Austin, TX. Previously the Gallery Director for both Flex Space Gallery and Pump Project in Austin, she is now the Associate Director for Texas State Galleries in San Marcos, TX.
