New Works By James Supa Medrano

The body of work is focused on observations the artist has seen during his

passing years. He combines pop culture with detailed imagery to give the work

his unique and signature style. Being highly influenced by eighties nostalgia and

the memories of his childhood; you can greatly see these reflections in his work.

The artist also uses dark satire to narrate the theme throughout each painting,

giving the viewer an insight on what drives the artist to create such work.

James Medrano is curator of Flatlines Gallery which launched in 2018. The space

purveys avant-garde postmodern and contemporary styles of art. Flatlines

Gallery is open to the public every second Saturday of the month.
